Aaron Kowalski, AICP, Associate Principal: As an Associate Principal at MKSK, I am incredibly grateful to my colleagues, mentors, and the firm for this opportunity to grow as a leader. I look forward to continuing to grow our practice, mentor our next generation of staff, and serve our clients as a trusted advisor for years to come.
Tyler Clark, AICP, Associate Principal: I am looking forward to this next step in my career and continuing to develop as an urban design thought leader for MKSK. I am excited about the future trajectory of the firm and am proud to have played a role in the growth of our planning and design team over the past decade.
Ellen Puckett, Senior Associate: As a Senior Associate, I look forward to collaborating with my team and documenting our solutions to today’s design challenges. As part of the documentation, a rewarding experience is stepping the newer graduates through the construction documentation effort.
Devon Mayhugh, Senior Associate: As Senior Associate and Marketing and Business Development Manager, I look forward to fostering collaboration, and coordinating with colleagues, planners, landscape architects and designers to share the stories of our projects with our clients, partners, communities in which we work, and beyond.
Logan Neuhart, Senior Associate: I manage MKSK's information technology, overseeing day-to-day infrastructure and networking resources. As a Senior Associate, I will continue to ensure that MKSK is consistently at the forefront of industry standards, while being the "go-to" for any and all IT needs.
Michael Mears, ASLA, PLA, AICP, LEED AP, Senior Associate: I am excited about continuing to partner with MKSK teams across all our offices to help lead thoughtful, visionary, equitable, and actionable planning and urban design projects.
Timothy Rosenthal, PLA, Senior Associate: As a Senior Associate and Design Manager, I look forward to working with my team to oversee the creative process for project success while mentoring staff. I’m excited to continue to work on great projects and keep pushing how our design and implementation meets the client and community needs of function, aesthetics, and performance.
Alisa Burnside, Associate: As an Associate and Marketing and Business Development Manager, I look forward to leading my team in creating visually stunning marketing material and pursuing proposals that continue to tell the story of MKSK.
Jacob Deason, Associate: My new role has inspired me to embody my creativity and embrace curiosity in design place-making, story-telling, and environmental stewardship. This year I am eager to observe project construction and kick-off new design processes.
Mica Lockwood, Associate: As an Associate, Accounting Manager and Software Coordinator I am thrilled to have the opportunity to continue my growth professionally in my accounting responsibilities and software management at MKSK.
Lavonne Grosjean, PLA, Associate: I look forward to collaborating with my colleagues as we continue to push the boundaries of our profession and create notable impacts on our communities.
