At MKSK, workplace wellness refers to initiatives and programs developed to promote the health, wellbeing, and professional growth of our employees. We are committed to supporting and enhancing the physical, mental, social, and financial health of all employees by providing comprehensive resources and support systems tailored to their holistic wellness needs. We are dedicated to fostering a healthy work-life balance and manageable workloads by implementing initiatives that promote flexible working arrangements, efficient time management, and supportive organizational practices.

 

Holistic Health and Wellness

We support the physical, mental, social, and financial health of all employees by providing comprehensive resources

  • We have established a Wellness Task Force to continue to study benefits, equity, mental health and further create opportunities to promote wellness.

  • We provide a Comprehensive Resource Guide outlining wellness offerings for our physical, mental and financial health.

  • We provide individual Financial Planning Support through customized education based on lived experiences as well as opportunities to connect with someone one on one, as needed.

 

Professional Support

We enhance professional resources so all levels of staff and management feel supported

  • We have established Mentorship Peer Groups to facilitate the exchange of ideas.

  • We support Study Groups towards certification and provide administrative support for achieving professional licensure.

  • We provide career development support through our Paths to Success program.

 

Work-Life & Workload Balance

We promote flexible working arrangements, efficient time management, and supportive organizational practices

  • We focus on equitable workflow through dedicated platforms that help easily visualize our projects and personnel.

  • We streamline internal project communication by identifying and leveraging appropriate communication channels and defining clear communication objectives for each message.
