Xueting Jin

Xueting views landscape architecture as a continuously evolving practice, finding beauty in how designs transform with the seasons and over time, reflecting the dynamic relationship between people and place.

Growing up and studying in industrial cities sparked Xueting's passion for brownfield regeneration, which she sees as a way to bring life back to forgotten zones. At Cornell University, she deepened this interest through studies in environmental history and planning theory. For Xueting, landscape architecture is not only about shaping space but also about healing and reconnecting people with lost cultural and ecological narratives.
