Since September 2019, we’ve been a 100% employee-owned ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) company, joining a small group of firms in the architecture, engineering, and construction world who’ve taken this step. For us, becoming an ESOP was a natural way to carry forward the optimism, passion, and identity we’ve been shaping for decades.
