Kyle is a planner, facilitator, and strategist who leads complex community planning initiatives for cities and regions navigating growth, change, and long-term reinvestment. His work helps communities translate big-picture economic, demographic, and development trends into practical decisions about land use, infrastructure, housing, and public investment.
He has led major planning efforts across multiple states, advising communities through issues ranging from rapid growth and development pressure to legacy reinvestment and civic transformation. His recent work includes leadership roles on Envision Montgomery in Alabama and the All In Noblesville Comprehensive Plan in Indiana, along with significant assignments throughout Central Ohio and the broader Midwest and Southeast. Across this body of work, Kyle has built a reputation for translating complex demographic, market, and regional dynamics into clear direction for public leaders and actionable strategies for communities.
