Katie thinks that the most amazing thing about landscapes is their ability to mature and evolve, becoming a different experience each time.

Katie believes that Landscape Architects have a unique responsibility to be stewards of our communities and environments. She believes that we have the skills to tackle many of the larger problems associated to a changing climate in thoughtful, creative, and resilient ways. Her passion for landscapes started in ecology and access to nature and public spaces. Her experience ranges from large scale parks and play spaces, to mixed use developments.
