Elizabeth Flaherty is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of experience spanning employee relations, talent acquisition, retention strategies, employee engagement, and organizational development. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Communication and holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has built a reputation as a people-centered leader who understands that lasting organizational success is driven by talented, engaged, and motivated employees. Much of her experience lies in talent acquisition and team building, where she has successfully developed strategies that attract top talent and foster high-performing cultures.
