Parks Edge is a successful condominium development comprised of two 12-story buildings totaling 151 units. MKSK developed the overall phased master plan and specific site and streetscape design in concert with the established Arena District design vernacular and, in conjunction with the design consultant team, provided construction documentation and construction administration.
